Florin Croitoru - the Violinist

Florin Croitoru, is truly one of the great violinist to have emerged from Romania in modern times.

In 1994, he made his debut with the Vienna Philharmonic The Austrian press acclaimed him as the phenomenal soloist, mastering a "perfect technique."

Violinist Croitoru, has performed in countless recitals and with symphony orchestras in more than 20 countries.

He is the recipient of 11 prizes in different international music competitions including the first prize at the "Fritz Kreisler" competition in Vienna, becoming the first Romanian violinist distinguished with the prestigious award.

Many recordings and broadcasts for American, Japanese, Austrian, Romanian, Italian and French Radio and TV stations, preceded his brief hiatus from his illustrious performance career to implement his Ph.D. research on a new method of "teaching violin."
